titanruss
Praying to our Ward and savior that we find a way to come out of tonight with a combo of Green/Ezeiruaku and Kyle William. I dont know what comp it would take but if we drop back a couple (seeing that as a low possibility) we may have some ammo to move up to around 50 for Kyle Williams. Burden, Higgins, Noel etc...There's also a really valuable group of edge guys that should fly off the board soon. If we dont talk about it, maybe it wont happen. At best , it’ll be one of those 3 . And a 3rd rounder for the spot that isn’t taken with the 2nd rounder. More likely they drop a few spots , get a 4th rounder and then use that 4th rounder + whatever day 3 picks or Levis to move back into round 3 to pick . They could also just take a S today

I really don't think the board is is lined up for teams targeting us as a candidate to trade up with either.. Who would even be trade bait on our team to he;lp? Levis, Mccreary, Sneed, Burks, Chig, Spears/Pollard?

The saints would be our best bet I think. Get 40 and 71 for 35 in a desperate move for a qb then you can either get very lucky ot trade 120 and 71 to move up for kyle. You probably keep Chig and the rest of those guys probably have no value or more to the Titans than whatever they could get back (Pollard) titanruss

I’d like that but I don’t see them burning a 3rd rounder to move up 5 spots. I wouldn’t mind a 3rd rounder next year if that was the offer though
Popular Post cenj
I find all the McNair comparisons pretty weak (minus maybe the calmness in the pocket with chaos around him, and some of his peripheral reaction speed to evade pressure). Cam definitely seems like more of a traditional alpha, barking at teammates and demanding effort. McNair was a quiet leader, naturally likeable, who was just so athletic and natural that even the .1% of athletes were in awe. McNair had an unsurpassed strength and toughness on the field, but he wasn't determined to be great and he didn't have that live the game 24/7, 365 work ethic. Cam certainly seems to be better in that regard. Doesn't mean he'll be close to good as a QB, of course, but its worth noting that he's very different than McNair in that way. So they are very different personalities in a lot of ways too. Where they are similar is the true "I don't give a fuck what other people think of me" vibe. McNair didn't care about the media spotlight or his brand. He was the antithesis of Deion, and Cam is the antithesis of Shedeur. His grounded nature seems to come from a slightly different place than McNair (no hype as a recruit, earned it all along the way, relationship with parents). But, he's strikingly different from most of the top QB prospects in that regard. Everything about Cam's vibe screams confidence. He does not need validation. He does not shy away from criticism. He doesn't care about his look or brand or followers. He doesn't care where he plays. He tries to get to know everyone in the building and treats everyone as equally deserving respect (he'll both shake hands with custodians and bitch out an older vet who isn't doing their job). The dude knows he belongs and knows what it takes. rns90, NashvilleNinja, Starkiller, and 3 others

If Cleveland does go QB, they certainly do it with the first pick tonight. Teams will want to jump the Raiders. So what makes us logically a better trade up spot than Houston or Cleveland's second pick?

You woould have to hope either the browns dont take a qb with their first pick or both teams dont want to trade back again. Never said it was likely. I just said best shot out of a lot of bad options to try and land both eze and williams. Edited April 25, 2025 by Callidus titanruss
