Houston is far from an elite team and Indy and Jacksonville are at best mediocre yet the Titans are the worst team in the division. They are not going anywhere with Flacco so you may as well play Richardson. It's essentially a more extreme version of the Titans as Rudolph, while better than Levis, isn't going to lead the Titans to the playoffs. They really should be in playoff contention when you add in that the AFC is top heavy and the last playoff spot will probably be gotten by a .500 team. He never should have played last year, he probably shouldn’t have played this year.
