Yeah there's no way he is on the trade market. I think organizationally they have to take on much of the blame for his early failures. He was not supposed to be playing this soon. He was never ready.

Not sure about that with 4 sacks in his last 3 game and a very manageable 2025 base salary Carthon isn't just going to give him away.

Personally think it is more unlikely than likely we ship anyone else before the trade deadline shuts in about 40hrs time, watching Callahan's press conference you got a good sense of the amount of pressure this new regime was under and with injuries starting to mount not sure there is a sense of urgency to weaken the roster further right now.

I only saw a few seconds of that presser and my God we sure know how to put little bitches in position of power in this organization. He actually shed a tear over a game we did everything to lose and only won because the team on the other side of the field is pathetic and starting a rookie QB.

While I agree for the most part. If some team comes with real value I hope they do it. A 5th for key or a used condom for burks come to mind.

It definitely looks either realllllly bad or.... ok idk what could make that look good. You like to see your coach cares, its what put me over the edge on vrable, when he clearly gave zero shits. This is hard to fet behind to say the least but I wont say its a deal breaker though.

I doubt Jags would trade us Schereff but that would be a nice piece for the future OL at RG.  Brunskill could play Center and then we only have RT to fill next yr.  I'd also be OK trying to get a RT now if a guy is made available.

He's a FA at the end of this season.  Keep the asset and sign him then if that's who you want

I get it.  I would like to kick the tires first to see if he is a viable option at RT.  He has been benched as a LT.  Is it that he is no good or just no good at LT?  I figure a 7th is less valuable than a guaranteed contract to experiment.  He was dominant in college as a RT.  Will it translate to the NFL?   I understand your point, though.
