titanskick8851
Been a big supporter of Phillips through the draft process. Pretty easy to see his route to playing time in the slot and as a return specialist. TNTitans, GLinks, tgo, and 1 other 2

2ToneTerror
Dude was smoking some of the top CB talents in the draft too. If he wasn’t 5”11, he would have been gone by the end of the 3rd round

The way he shed defenders did moves and broke tackles for that touchdown shows he has the potential to be a quality player.

GLinks
I was big on Phillips as a reliable receiver, but in mocks, he seemed to usually go before pick 90, and always before 131. To get him in 5 really was a steal, IMO. People who have watched him seem to think so. It says most everyone was focused on speed at receiver for him to fall this far. (i.e. Tyquan Thornton going to New England in the 2nd versus the 5th or 6th.)

(i.e. Tyquan Thornton going to New England in the 2nd versus the 5th or 6th.) 5th seems about right for this type of WR. He's very likely to find success in the NFL, but very unlikely to ever be a WR1 or WR2. The punt return ability is a big selling point.
