Singleton will lead the team in carries

Tomato can JR’s days are numbered

Sounds like Singleton will end up getting most of the carries by the end of the year but Spears is catching a lot of passes in camp so the split seems to be fairly obvious as to what's going to happen.

It'll be interesting to see if they keep Pollard to split carries w/ Singleton. It's the last year on his contract so not much of a reason to release him unless they need the cap space.

Welp there it is lol

lol PK posted AI slop and had to delete it    it was a graphic of the 30 most important titans at training camp this year and feature notable titans such as Jared Verse, Jaylon Johnson and N

It would be pretty ideal if Latham is making strides to becoming the OT he was drafted to be and Carmona is a solid starting rookie.

I wanted Love. I'm glad we got Tate (nod to @NashvilleNinja). Singleton looks like he could be a great consolation prize.

I was in my feelings over the Chiefs sniping Emmett Johnson a few picks before us, but they may have made the wrong pick. I know he's got the concerns about his vision, but I don't know how anyone could have seen their way through that mess of a situation at Penn.

Feels super early to peg singleton as the lead back.

I said by the end of the year. RB is the easiest to transition to the NFL. It's really about finding the right guy to fit the right system.

And it's not really about being a lead back, per se. It's about what role he'll fill.

Singleton is a great pass catching threat as well. He lined up at WR alot at penn state the year they went to the playoffs. He was a threat in both the run and pass game. I think his talent is going to eventually be too much to deny. My comp for him would be Breece Hall.

yeah but Spears has been getting tons of catches in camp. Think he's up there w/ Robinson.

Aka, Temu CJ2K.

I was thinking more how Pacheco (7th round pick) burst on the scene and ran for 800 then 900 yards for the chiefs in back to back years even though McKinnon lead the RBs in receptions.

Spears hasn't been reliable lately.  I doubt his touches are close...

I'm not a huge fan of Spears tbh but they've been fairly consistent w/ Ward in who he's on the field w/ from what I've seen. It's constantly Ridley, Tate and Robinson and Spears is getting a lot of catches.. I'm just not sure who's throwing it to him. If it's Ward then it could be that they like him more than i do.

They aren’t going to kick Spears to the curb but Singleton might earn the reps because It’s a results oriented game. The dude has some acceleration that spears might not be able to match.

Just guessing on how these things play out, Pollard probably gets the carries to start out the year .  Then Singleton gets most of the carries down the stretch because they realize he’s the better back.

Spears isn’t the most durable guy and Singelton is coming off a broken foot so Pollard sticks as sort of an insurance policy at RB.  And they clearly like him enough not to have cut him after the year . plus as you said , there’s no one out  there that they really need to sign
