I'm someone that supports this line of thinking, do you have a guy? Last year had a really promising tackle class. Will Campbell looks like he's eventually going to get Skoronski'd. Membou is going to be one of the best RTs in the league and it looks like the Saints found a stud in Banks. This might be our last top five pick for the next handful of years and it's increasingly hard to find premier tackles outside of the top 10 of the draft. I haven't gone all in on the Tackles like a couple years ago. In the bit I have watched there is stuff to like but not a lot of love for me. The guard class is good and center class is loaded even if there isnt a clear cut early guy. I wouldn't be suprised if we See 4 or 5 centers go between pick 45 and 120. I’m not convinced there are any good 2nd round LT prospects. And certainly no one good enough to bother considering at #4. Depends on how much of a run on edge there is in the early parts of the draft, but anywhere from late 2nd to mid 3rd is what I saw. Also, not that mock simulators are anything to go on but pretty much all of them except PFSN using PFSN's rankings have him ranked in the top 60. One has him in the 80s. PFSN's ranking has him in the 4th round.

They all pretty much play X, give or take a few plays here and there. I'd just rather they draft Tate and then draft another/different type of receiver later in the draft. Maybe Brenen Thompson since we don't have a pure speed guy on the roster. Dike is fast, but Thompson is Tyreek fast. ayamanor is a 4th rounder and Oliver is what he is. Neither will factor into whether they sign Jennings and/or draft Tate. Callidus, TF_Titan, and japan

I don't think they'd keep us from doing one or the other, but if they signed Jennings and drafted Tate I'd have to think either Ayomanor or Oliver (or both) would be gone. Oliver cut and maybe Ayo traded?
Justafan
I'm not convinced the Titans see WR the same way fans do. Greg Cossell talked about this the other day, saying they see Ayo as the starting X and Dike as their move Z. Both guys were bigger impact rookies than Jennings was a rookie. Jennings had a bunch of TDs last year, but Ayo has the potential to be a much better player than Jennings is. I'm not saying I know because I'm not in the building and it's not like they're telling us, but I think fans are discounting the possibility that the Titans believe they can coach those young players up, and that's why they didn't bring a guy like Jennings in FA. The thing that bothers you with Ayo is his catch rate. If he can improve that, he's going to be a nice piece. It's certainly possible, though, that they don't like either of those guys (at least not as starting receivers and we've seen that report too), and feel the need to take a WR super high, but I wouldn't be surprised at all if they don't take a WR high, especially if they take a Jeremiah Love.
