Titans Offseason Discussion Thread

It's understated how bad he was. There is a reason the Titans used the 4th pick on his position. It's crazy he led the team in targets.

He was truly terrible. He might still develop into something but he just doesn’t have the necessary burst off the snap or ability to change direction.

PK has been pretty high on Osborn.

I've already said it, I don't think he's an absolute lock to make the roster.

PK keeps going on about Osborn but it’s just because he’s a veteran slot ahead of a bunch of undrafted guys. He’s kind of the defacto #3 receiver at OTAs right now so he’s going to get snaps. After the last 2 years of no production I think it’s unlikely he’s going to make the 53.

No idea where this nugget fits so thought it might worth starting a thread for all Titans non HC offseason discussion.   This was meant to happen last offseason but Sweat never showed up so

Who will we draft? The answer has been there the whole time.

That’s a lot of hooch

The kid likly sticks around because he does have some interesting upside but man do his lows make it hard to justify.

Still hilarious easton wanted to draft him at the top of the 2nd.

If he doesn't play on the special teams units he's in a tough spot. Tate is the starter and he's got Oliver also an X receiver and maybe the teams best STer. Oliver is probably a better WR too.

The idea of trading Simmons is a total joke.

Simmons and Skoronski signing extensions is a foregone conclusion. I wonder with all their cap space if they might give both of them sizeable roster bonuses to count a large chunk this season and keep the cap cleaner beyond this season.

Trading him now would be dumb, but it wasn't dumb for the last two season when they were bottom of the league

I cant remeber which but one of the original guys said they loved it. Did you bother to listen to the whole thing?

It builds like the lyrics of the song. The message is somber and turns up as the song goes along like their version.

To each their own but man, hard to not go wtf on this on.

Im sure it was Garfunkel. Paul is annoyed with everyone but himself and his flavor of the week.

Tate catches everything. What world are you living in?

Odunze had super amazing awesome hands and contested catch rate in college as well, is bigger, faster, and was more productive, yet his catch rate in the NFL is sub 50%

Getting open and making contested catches against grown ass men as a WR1 is a totally sport than doing so as a WR2 against University of Ohio and Minnesota.  He's in a good position to produce this year, but last year would have been tough for any rookie

There’s a lot of missing detail in there. Are they drafting a lot of OL because they aren’t paying to keep their veteran OL?

The correlation between the teams who draft the most and make the playoffs the most is undeniable

I don't understand this talk about Oliver being such a great STer. I hope it's true, but how the fuck can we say that? How many ST plays has he been in on? The guy played in like two games last year. Maybe the team's best STer? Based on what?
