An elite, young QB is the most attractive part of any NFL team. It's not the only important thing, but I'd argue it's the most likely to give a HC longterm success. You want a good GM, but if they can't find a QB, you will get fired. You want good ownership, but good owners will fire you if you don't win enough (which you will without consistent QB play). A top 5 QB basically makes you a perennial playoff team. 

 

Money and a great roster help, but teams with a top 15 roster, elite QB, and boatloads of money don't fire their coach. The top pick in the draft and a clear shot at a premier QB is also really attractive, but rookie QBs carry risk. 

 

I think the TN job is incredibly attractive right now. Borgonzi is respected and had a stellar year 1. Cam looks on track to be an elite THROWING QB -- not some dual threat BS. You have one of if not the best defensive players in the NFL setting the tone. You have a #4 draft pick (with a QB already cemented) and a boatload of money. And TN is a lower profile city with soft local media and a national media that already sides with coaches and GMs and against ownership.

On the other hand, there are also players who fucking love Stefanski and sometimes people just say shit when they’re losing.

it still the same, thats the part you don't realize. The reporting structure was never an issue and still isn't. Brinker, Borgonzi and the new HC will work hand in hand aka collaborate aka kumbaya either way.
