Yeah for sure. And like the wheels fell off the bus on a bad season. Seemed to clash with Kyler that year. He had just made it through COVID. If his teams were truly bad from a penalty standpoint, has he gotten that under control? Dan Quinn has had a lot of success--two years with a guy like that is good. Hell, when I fired Cally in Madden last night before this news broke Kliff was the guy I went with. 

I did the same but had to create him as a new character seeing as how you can’t fire HC’s in madden 26 for whatever reason.

I know its not a full staff but I am sure if we tap into the college ranks we can round this fantastic group out nicely.

Not really.  He actually tried to turn Rodgers into a dink and dunk passer by installing an alarm which blared in practice if he held the ball too long.

Guys, Mike McCarthy sucks.  He was successful in GB because of Rodgers improvising big plays in defiance of his instruction and the worst division in football, and in Dallas because of one of the league's best rosters and bc Jones picked his coordinators for him. 

 

If you thought Vrabel's coordinators were bad, you have no idea what you're in for with an unchecked McCarthy.  Casey Hayward were decent role players in Dom Capers defense, then they proceeded to become All Pros elsewhere.  Those GB and Dallas rosters had alot of talent but were little more than wildcard teams absent the heroics from Rodgers.

I'm just not a McCarthy fan.  I don't even know how he got the Dallas job after having a top 5 all-time QB for a decade and winning one SB.

 

I think Harbaugh is one of the best coaches in the league and top coach all-time.  I could see the ratbirds and him mutually splitting as he likely knows he's not going further with Lamar at QB.  Brining him here would be amazing because he's a fluid offensively (coaching to his strengths) that also emphasizes culture....and we need both.

I already made tice the tightend coach, and was trying to keep my completely unrealistic list somewhat realistic.

Maybe strength and conditioning. The whole trample the weak and hurdle the dead thing could be taken literally and we can get reports over fights for the machines in the team gym.
