I just used this post as a starter but it’s been something I’ve been noticing even since week 1. Hes been really bad... What kind of value are you getting for him right now? Swap 6th rounders or something? Is the potential for him getting into shape greater than his trade value right now? Maybe Borghonzi just wants to clean house??? titanskick8851, and Face

Borgonzi is reportedly a big believer in BMI scans and the effect BMI has on injury recovery and prevention. The fact Callahan and Wilson continue to call out Sweat leads you to believe that he isn't conforming to whatever conditioning plan they have set out for him. It isn't overly complicated Borgonzi/Brinker/Callahan are struggling to implement their culture on this franchise and in the locker room and as they showed with Brownlee if you do not conform to their conditions you won't be around long. I didn't think much about it at the time when very early in the preseason Borgonzi released Keondre Coburn who was another huge IDL that has a similar body type to Sweat and was ok as a rotational guy in 2024 that maybe he also simply didn't meet Borgonzi's BMI conditions. He fucked up the team's ability to even win a damn game. How the local media hacks can say this team has more talent than the Webster days is beyond me. I never thought I could say a Titans GM was worse than that guy... and it's not possible to say Webster was better... but they are essentially the same guy. The offense certainly has some potential... but guess which GM is responsible for that potential being here. It sure AF isn't Ran Carthon.

Justafan
Sweat has to get on the field, and he has to contribute to the pass game soon, or he's yet another high pick that never lived up to his potential. Thumbtack
To think we could of had the Rams 2025 2nd round pick + instead of Sweat. ChesterCopperpot1, OILERMAN, titanskick8851, and 1 other 3

Lol I can just imagine him going out for a pass. The season will be over by the time he's ran his first route. Number9, and Justafan 1
EC34
Feels like rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic. As a kid I watched the Oilers win a total of 9 games over the course of 4 seasons. Then we hired Bum Phillips and a season later drafted Earl Campbell and winning became a thing.
