We all pretty much figured it was gonna be this based on the Titans House logo that was plastered everywhere. I like it quite a bit, it's still essentially the same Titans logo and ties in the history of the Oilers a bit more with the color scheme. My preference would've probably been the one with the Greek patterned outline and the sword with the oil derrick handle as the secondary logo, but this is fine too. The issue with the Greek patterned outline is it’s a bitch to put on smaller items. And for many young adult Titans fans (the actual first true lifelong Titans fans) there is no emotional tie. The colors and design looks awesome, but thats pretty much where the Oilers connection ends.
