The problem would be Carr's contract both for the Saints and the Titans.  NO would eat 40 M and the Titans would be taking on 40 M for 2025 and 50 M base for 2026....

Plus I don’t think the Titans are interested in moving that far down anyway.

It’s probably a nothing burger since teams meet with all types of prospects at the combine.

And at some point NO is going to have to rebuild pretty soon and they will need all their picks.

#Texas QB Quinn Ewers tells me he had seven formal meetings here at the combine: #Jaguars, #Titans, #Jets, #Saints, #Raiders, #Colts, #Steelers

Only two - the Steelers and Raiders - did NOT put him on the whiteboard. He said they were far more focused on him as a human.

I dont care if he has a pulse let alone humanity, can he sling a pig skin while reading a defense in under 2.75 seconds?

I could absolutely see him as a day 3 shot in the dark pick on traits if they landed Darnold or a bridge veteran to start in 2025.

How does a Day 3 shot in the dark keep next years 1-1 pick on the bench for two years?

If the Raiders sign Darnold, and Giants sign Rodgers, it leaves us and the Jets interested in Ward

Wouldn’t mean anything for the giants .

Also every person in Indy is saying the browns are going to take a QB at the top of the draft too

Giants would be signing Rodgers as an insurance and bridge QB... would not eliminate any interest in Ward
