“Shedeur is going to slip to the fifth round, mark my words,” Walker said in early January on the “Bussin' With The Boys” podcast.

He was not unanimously ranked in the first round. Give it a rest.

I just watched some highlights from Ward and I must say....  I wouldnt be disappointed if we landed Cam at all

Sanders makes more off-platform plays out of the pocket. Ward is a lot better processing the middle of the field and hitting WRs in stride from what I've seen.

If you look back at our 2023 draft discussions, I don't think anyone was saying we should draft Levis.

They say he's smart?  Part of being smart is being able to calculate problems quickly.  If adding 2+2 takes you 5 seconds to get 4-you ain't smart.  If you have been playing QB for a SEC school and you are tackling DL on a dead play-you ain't smart.  If the HC in 2023 and 2024 told you to get down to avoid injury and you still aren't doing it.  You ain't smart.

He thinks he's smart. I think he's a Yeah I Got Coach type, who ain't got it.  In his mind, he pictures himself running over Fred Warner and being the hero.  He was doing his strut Monday night after his dive down the sideline.  Threw his finger up, FIRST DOWN!

Flexing!  No, Oh Shit!  I did what they have been telling me not to do for 2yrs.  Nope.  He doing his strut.

*puts on flame shield* I think Shadeur is a legitimate QB prospect. He's flawed but he doesn't have ball placement issues, is athletic, and has enough arm power. Projecting his ability to read defenses is tough because of their scheme and I don't love his swagger/daddy baggage but in a vaccuum, he's certainly not bad. I haven't dug too deep into him but so far, I think he's a much better prospect than say Levis.

What is he without Travis Hunter? He doesn’t look good to me at all.

I mean most QBs would produce less if you take away such a great receiver but I'm not basing my opinion on production. I like some of his traits as a passer. I won't do my actual evaluations until the end of the college season. I'll be more detailed then.

That’s fair and I really wish we could evaluate him sans his daddy.

yes... He's clearly an NFL QB prospect, to suggest otherwise is silly. I wouldn't touch him with a ten foot pole in the draft for other reasons.

The whole circus around him, dad included is a turn-off but I'm trying to keep an open mind so that when the time comes, I can evaluate the kid fairly.

I want no part in that nepo baby.

His dad is annoying but he earned every bit of the clout he has. Shadeur is just as douchey but was born with a silver spoon and thinks he’s already made it.

Give me Ewers or Dart or someone else who’s actually played well against quality college defenses.
