He wrote re-registered as Democrat to do it, so it seems to be as the Democrat nominee.  He might be doing it to be a team player, knowing he wont win the nomination but would give more legitimacy to the process.  He seems to sincerely be against Trump, so I do not think he would mount a third party candidacy.

Certainly no serious Dem wants to be seen as opposing Kamala now, so it would be good if a big name like Manchin did it in a non-confrontational contest

The Dems are now run by commies that keep coming up with one stupid idea after another.    All they care about is wealth redistribution and gender/race politics.   That is why they won’t win.

While job creation has been across all socioeconomic demographics, I understood wealth disparity in the USA to be as bad as ever.  America doesn't want to be Western Europe and super progressives in Congress have not been the drivers of policy , for the most part.  But policies/commie boogeyman aren't really the driving force of support within the GOP for Trump. Let's hope this fever dream is broken by Trump's defeat this November and that we can get back to political differences rather than the baseless divisive rhetoric that's been shoveled out by a guy who hates the truth more so than he hates any democrat.

What deflationary policies and actions do you expect from him out of the gate? Or do you just mean it will continue to ease.

None of the top CEOs backed him and economic experts say his tariffs will increase inflation

Are either of the Clinton's running in this election?  No?  GTFO

That's their go to move when they need to distract from some issue or topic.  Bill hasn't been President since 2001.  And Hilary hasn't been relevant since she lost in 2016.

The idiots bringing them up again (even more than a what about Obama etc) just makes me laugh.

It was one bad debate. He didn’t force them to do anything. They likely wanted Harris and knew that she wouldn’t win the primary so this is the hand they are playing.

It wasn't just a bad debate. It was alarming how bad he was. He couldn't even get the basics down and was incoherent.

The whole purpose was to prove he was fine and he showed the opposite

Be honest, outside of black women, who is actually going to vote for Kamala? Black men are not even a fan of hers because the stuff she did to black men and Latino men in California. She has a track record of being worse for the black community than just about anyone in Politics. White women wouldn't even support another white woman (Hillary Clinton). Are white men going to support Kamala? That is the question. Id be curious to see how many Democratic white men would actually cast their vote for her behind closed curtain. Alexandra Cortez said many Democrats behind closed doors really do not like her. If anything I have my popcorn ready for this entertainment.

This is a great point that many here fully acknowledged and agreed with until about 6 hours ago when she was named the presumptive nominee.  Now she’s a YAS QWEEN GURL BOSS who’s gonna mop the floor with Trump

It's like you don't understand Trump animus, yet I'm sure you fed mightily from the much smaller trough of Hillary animus in 2016.

Kamala is not an ideal candidate, but will be fine with most rational voters who got a chance to see Trump for 4 years and came to the same conclusion as most of his former staff -- he is unfit for the office.
