luvyablue256
In fairness though, we essentially (in so many ways) traded a highly productive Casey for 2 defensive players who did absolutely nothing... The 2020 offseason is partly due to only being able to draft 4 players in 2018.

luvyablue256
Who's idea was it to do the following: 1. Not acquire more draft picks in 2018 2. Trade Casey (at all, much less for a 7th) 3. Sign Clowney 4. Sign Beasley 5. Draft Wilson  I'm not sure if all those moves were unilateral J-Rob moves. Popular Post oldschool
Is there a more undeserving DC in the NFL? Look up Bowen's resume. He's a hanger on. Fuck Vrabel and his ego. It will be his downfall. Omar, Bluth, IowaOiler, and 14 others

There are going to be duds in most drafts.
Titans279
I don't think you can really blame JRob for signing Clowney. Beasley was a huge blunder though. Edited January 29, 2021 by Titans279 oldschool
Stan
All I know is if you don’t bring any pressure and don’t blitz you’re not going to win. The chiefs and Bucs bring rushers off the edge on blitzing downs. Blitzing is starting to  work more because more and more teams are running 4-5 wide outs and having less blockers in. The game is changing and worrying about being beaten over the top shouldn’t be the concern, the concern is allowing drives to extend on 3rd down charleytolar
Popular Post nine
Vrabel obviously didn’t make this move in a vacuum;  JRob was obviously involved in the decision and signed off on it.   Promoting Bowen after a dismal year clearly shows they’re convinced that  last year’s failures were due to the individual players...which comes down to personnel decisions, injuries, and depth.   There’s not much they can do about injuries...we can only assume JRob is re-evaluating his methods and decision-making process based on last year’s results.  We’ll see what happens.  Starkiller, AvgJoe, Bluth, and 4 others
Stan
I doubt Vrabel goes after Clowney if Vrabel isn’t here so yes I blame meathead. And Joseph too

When Wilson got drafted.....zilch. Number9, and japan
