titans have done this crap for decades. fisher literally saved a roster spot every preseason for a good news story.

The challenge is being able to recognize whether or not a player will eventually become a gimp at the level necessary for an eventual feel good story.  This comes from extensive research, analysis, and scouting.

I too hope that JR is up for the task down the road.

background is taken into effect.  worked as a janitor? nearly die lifting weights? did your father die of cancer when you were very young?.. was he also a HOF football player? military vet? overcome a gruesome injury? these are all very important notes to take when deciding your proper feel good story to start the year.
