I live in a military town, adjacent to a base. A missed payroll is a huge amount of money and will be tough for a lot of families but there will also be secondary effects that affect the entire city. We aren't the only community like this.

Ah... gotcha. I played fantasy one year with my church brothers. I won it that one year (with auto draft) but that's not saying much since I don't think any of them really actually followed the NFL. Football's doable since games are once a week. Fantasy Basketball must be a nightmare.

Im in a few 32 team fantasy leagues. So guys most people would never think about iv got on my teams out of necessity. I was bullish on him and he was relatively an unknown so i had him on a few teams. With 32 teams there are roughly only 15 players that score any points available per team, he still gets play when necessity arises lol. Edit: relatively average 32man team iv got for reference.

There's clearly a major issue either in the FO or coaching staff. Landry/Jones are exhibit Z of players leaving and performing substantially better elsewhere and the FO's replacement of choice looking substantially worse than before they arrived. We're never going to be able to rebuild if the team continues to get worse with the more changes that they make.

I think Simmons could fetch 2 -1's and a player but I don't think that would be worth it either. The guy you get isn't likely for more than a couple years, 50% hit rate for re-signing a high draft pick (completely made up number) and the chances of them being as good as Jeff at anything are much much lower.
