Talk about having no Honor.

But it's still not as cruel as KBull nominating Earl Campbell. "Hey, pops... why don't you take a break from your spinal stenosis and have a bucket of ice water dumped on your head."

Only this could bring you back!

There has to be a link between football and ALS. Far too many  players have been stricken with this terrible disease compared to the general populace.   There may be no worse way to go. Your

CJ in his prime was fun as hell to watch.  I was lucky enough to be at the game vs. the Texans when he became the first player in NFL history to score 3 TD's of 50+ yards in a single game.  The third

One of my childhood heroes, Jason Becker, is a guitar player who has lived a LONG time with ALS. He's beaten the odds and still makes music. But yeah, it's really unusual to see longer than 5 years once diagnosed, and CJ's progression is shockingly fast already.

I've done my fair share of annual ALS walks at Centennial Park. My wife's best friend's Mom had it. Was heartbreaking to watch.

Tell me I'm not the only one who noticed Keith Bulluck doing it poolside at his nice house while meanwhile VY does it at a public park next to a trailer.  LOL

I did a lot of research on ALS about 10 years ago. Most of the time it starts in the extremities but in rare cases it can start with the motor Neurons that handle speech and if I had to guess thats what happened to CJ. It also takes months and years to diagnose. The crazy part is sometimes the brain turns off the kill signals and the disease stops progressing. Pretty sure thats what happened to Hawking.

No room in his styrofoam cooler for those.  It's already filled with tequila and his shirt.

Those Cacophony albums he did with Friedman are great.  My fave is the interplay between the guitars in Sword of the Warrior.

Purely pity move

Just on stats and play alone, did he deserve to be honored ?  Not trolling , serious question.

Depends. I am an elitest when it comes to the HoF and rings of honor but with how the nfl and teams jsut give those spots to so many good but not great players Ill give CJ a pass for at least being absolutely crazy at his peak even if it was short.
