He's most closely tied to Brinker, so it will be interesting to see if he's become a Titans guy valued by Borgonzi or if he might move on as well.“ Not sure there is a need for McKenzie really titanskick8851, and Justafan

Somehow we've come out with a GM I trust, a coach with upside as a guy who learned from his last stop while still showing out on defense, and a franchise QB. That list from Rosenthal is absurd. And not because he's sharing it. Bad luck, bad hiring, bad performance ... just a series of bad all adding up. Nash
Pretty much, when you are 48 it's now or never if you aspire to be a GM controlling personnel.. Brinker made it clear when Borg was hired he still wanted to be involved in personnel. I'd say Borg has consolidated his power, coaches, players, and people all want to work with him.. SleepingTitan
Don Borgleone don't play no shit Seriously though. Borgonzi has done enough that Amy trusts him. The Snek is an unnecessary talking head filter

The org just amassed a helluva coaching staff and two back to back successful drafts. I see this as cutting off the fat. She let Brinker snuggle up to keep her sane after the Vrabel/Jrob/Ran debacle. She's mostly hands off, but she has to be able to trust who she gives the keys to. She feels like she can trust Don B -- which makes Brinker unnecessary IsntLifeFunny, and Omar
