Not the type of awareness you expect from NFL players in that type of situation. We need more NFL level talent on this team. Period... In most quarters and cover 3 systems, zone turns into man if the #1 receiver to your side releases vertically for more than 10 yards. The only coverages that would absolve Sneed that I know if is a traditional cover 2 and given what he's showing pre/post snap he's not playing cover 2. He's a lazy bum and I don't say that lightly. Used to be the main edict from fans was "gotta play from the pocket, let plays develop, throw first, run last." That's still seen as the QB's primary job, but that isn't necessarily the way it's voiced anymore. Having a mobile QB is seen as a necessity these days instead of a cautious luxury. Ship his ass out ASAP. Agreed. That one may not have been all on him as he looks like he's expecting help but he's on the wrong end of too many plays while making the bag that he's getting. I really wanted him to work out (really liked him as a player while with the Chiefs) but we just aren't getting the level of player that we're paying for and I think everyone should be out of patience by now. I made excuses and tried to give him a chance but fuck him. And the days of Diggs may be numbered as well once we can rely on KWJ. I'm sure they're just trying not to have him do too much and aggravate his injury right now, but he'll get his chance soon!
