This year isn't even top 5 bad for me. Last year was infinitely worse.

We have a bad coach, but we have a franchise QB and a solid draft class. This team is going to be competitive at some point. It didn't matter what we put out there with Locker, Mariota, or Levis. There was a clear ceiling.

Cam is legit. This team needs more talent, but if they keep losing, they're gonna be in position for some playmakers. The cap is in a great position too.

Same. I had NO expectations for this year. I'm surprised some people did. We were the worst in the NFL last year. We still are. We have a promising young QB, but he's still surrounded by a bad team. Plus, we are missing some of our best players (Sweat, Latham...Zeitler..however, you spell it). Our OL actually did alright, considering. Our star WR can't catch. Our RB is average....but doing all he can. Our actual best receiver is a rookie. Our star DT has no one around him at all.

So....yeah...lots of losses.

Oh yeah, and our coach is a dumbass!

It’s bad when Jim Wyatt says this on the team website    If you're looking for someone to rip the head coach, or to question everything that's wrong with this 0-3 football team, then the tea

I'd seriously give a ton of Ridley's snaps to Dike.

The worst part is the Colts took a timeout, then the Titans took a time out then Callahan didn't know what to do as the clock ran down? How? It's honestly the worst game management I remember seeing.

It should be noted that for whatever reason, Pollard averaged 2.8 YPC yesterday.  16 carrries/45 yds.

Colts have Stewart and Buckner in the middle along with Zaire Franklin - it was going to be hard to run on them.

Their problem is the same as ours - limited to zero edge rush, which still managed to be an issue for our shitty-ass protection scheme.

No. I said Callahan likely had multiple coaches in his ear. I speculated on which way ppl were leaning. That's not saying Fassle has veto or override but has a stronger rep in the room-  a strong voice and that creates indecision.  Speculation on the dynamics..

What we know is that the coaches were "discussing" it late. What that translate into is debating what they want.  BC was slow to make the final call. (which is what I said- not that he was over ruled.).     Granted-  I'm doing too much speculating. All we really know is that the coaches were discussing it late into the timeouts.

There wasn’t a decision to be made. If you run the ball on 3rd down, you have already made the decision to go for it on 4th.   It’s 4th and 1 on the opponents 40ish yd line and you are down by 2 scores and trying to gain momentum going in the locker room, gain some momentum for your 0-2 team…at home.  If you don’t get the first, the Colts get the ball at the 40.  You tried.  But if you miss the field goal, the Colts get the ball at the 47 with 40 seconds and 2 timeouts.  The kicker was just coming off of a long miss.  This is not a complicated decision.  Show faith in your team, because the opposite failure would hurt the team more, in terms of confidence and field position.  Callahan is the absolute worst coach I have seen and is a fucking retard.  There is no other way to explain this decision making.

I know it was down the totem pole of importance given all the team's needs but in a class as talent-heavy as the 2025 draft supposedly was it's kinda nuts the guy we came away with was Mullings.

which is why it's baffling they didn't bounce it outside more.
Chestnut had limited success, he should've been more involved.

Not sure they even have any outside runs in this offense.

i looked back through the play-by-play from the game and over and over it was either Tackle Left or Up the Middle. the only run that went outside (that i could find/remember) was the sweep to Dike.
amazing incompetence.
time to move on
