And his teams faded down the stretch because he overworked them early in the year with his offenses. Arizona faded because they weren't very good and were outperforming their talent level. Their most impressive offensive performance last year was in the playoffs against Detroit, well after they were predicted to fade like Arizona. They were #6 in time of possession in 2021, and Washington was #7 last year. He just needs to hire a good DC and be given a good roster and the wins will come.
