2ToneBlueBlood
Training camp is when things start to get real. We are now less than a month from the first preseason game (Aug 9th). I'm going to the practice at the stadium, should be a good time. It's always nice to see the rooks and new FAs in action for the first time and sit super close. Popular Post Justafan
Swing Tackle is pretty weak but other than that, you have to like what they've done with the oline, at least on paper. It speaks more to how hard it is to find a reliable backup OT than how good Ojukwu is. That said, the rest of the OL seems as good as it has been in years. To have the majority of the starting Oline penciled in this early is a great sign, even if it is before training camp. Switching Latham back to the right side seems like a smart move since that's his natural spot. It bodes very well for Ward too. We don't need him taking a beating like what Levis was subjected to injury wise. It's hard to not feel excited going into camp this year. I'm more excited than I've been in years. I'm actually glad the national media ranked us 31st in the pre-season power rankings. We've always played better when we flew under the radar.
