I thought the fans of Houston were vehemently against a new stadium and there needed to be one. Bud threatened to leave. City of Houston balked. Bud found a new site. The city of Houston then builds a stadium for 20% more than the Titans stadium. Reliant needs like 2 billion in renovations right now. Wouldn't doubt if the Texans leave too.
