Strunk'sDessert
Ironically, we're looking at a move to upstate NY where you get what you pay for in taxes - for the most part, still have fairly easy access (45m - 1hr) to NYC, and you can get a nice house with over an acre in a good school district for under 1.5M Dangermode, Supernope, and headhunter 1 1

AussieTitanFan08
Wonder if Jalen Ramsey is one of the players Jerry Jones is referencing in his press conference today.

I absolutely could see it. The player on my mind that I hope the Titans will check in on is Mark Andrews. Andrews says he is committed to Baltimore but that would save the Ravens decent change and they have Likely. There is a lot of smoke that they would trade him (or maybe outright cut him). I would do a conditional 5th to 4th similar to the Hopkins trade. We see TEs turn back the clock and serve as safety blankets to young QBs (Ertz). I'd love to get Andrews on the cheap, especially if they just cut him. Edited April 22, 2025 by Grizz Dangermode, and FRT 1

OnsideKick
The #Lions and All-Pro S Kerby Joseph reached agreement on a massive new extension to make him the highest paid safety in NFL history, sources say. He gets a 4-year, $86M deal - $21.5M per year. A big-time star in Detroit cashes in. ___________ Steve ‘Mongo’ McMichael was a Bears legend, and his courageous battle against ALS inspired us all. Fun times! Or like Briley right before it turns into Thompson Lane. It goes down from 4 lane interstate to two lanes with a 100 yd exit ramp onto I-24 that just happens to be merging with 2 other interstates. Fucking beautiful engineering. You should experience San Diego’s highways. American engineers are by far the dumbest in the world. I’ve been to Europe, Japan by far their roads, freeways, bridges, are some of the most well designed, well developed roads you will ever see, everything makes sense and you aren’t worried about having to cross 4 lanes just to get off an exist. Popular Post titanruss
Europe has about 2000 more years of road and city development than the USA. They also spend massively more on infrastructure, trains, public transit, etc.,. thus reducing road wear and traffic congestion. Funny to see 2 republicans arguing about our shit infrastructure and transit options when they are the ones that keep voting to ignore it. Also funny to see them praise europe... eventually the right argues correctly but they almost always have zero idea how they got there.
