End the stupid wars, end the needless government programs, enforce the law, and start providing a better environment for businesses to do their thing. We'll be fine. Possibly to avoid the spectacle of the shooting flames. Personally I don’t care because It’s just a book and Trump certainly doesn’t value it (unless he can sell it). But just imagine the reaction from the right if Obama had refused to put his hand on the Bible when he took the oath.
