I don't know that this story can be confirmed or verified...but it would be entirely consistent and 100% on-brand for DJT to leverage the full power and weight of the federal government against an entity or institution that displeased him or failed to do his bidding in a personal matter that had absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with politics or America's national interests.

I'm still totally against The Big Beautiful Tax Bill, it will cost me a lot, the new overtime provisions in the latest form are pretty good. 

 

The latest version you have to have a valid SS number and make less than 160k(individually), that's it. At the end of the year you get to deduct all the overtime you worked. I would have been able to deduct 48k last year and my wife another 35k. 83k deduction right there.
