The Supreme Court ruled 9-0 that the Trump administration must "facilitate" the return of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a man living in Maryland who was deported to El Salvador. The court sided with a lower court judge who had ordered Garcia's return. While the Supreme Court didn't order the administration to directly effectuate Garcia's return, it did require them to take steps to facilitate his release.
