you guys are playing the game wrong.  You're supposed to wait until they announce who they hire. Then say its a bad hire and then wait until they're fired to say you were right...    You guys are pros and shouldn't be making such self-inflicting errors.

Given any one of them will be first time GM's, it's pure speculation.  From my view, I think the backgrounds of them all are pretty similar and all come from well pedigreed organizations that build through the draft.

Not really a fan of Dodds. Outside of that, I think Borgonzi has to be the clear favorite based on track record with the chiefs, and him and JES have relationships with Brinker, but a good argument could be made for any one of them.

Several of them have good past resumes but are on teams that aren’t any good now. 
 

I have no idea what moves they are responsible for so hard it’s impossible to say if they’ll be good or not.

Its a boring day at work. I'm just playing around.  Betting on any coach or gm to be bad and fired is always a good bet....   If they aren't immediately bad-  they likely will be.  .

Breer says Cunningham also has a relationship with Brinker and is the name to watch.

 

And maybe more importantly, Cunningham is also familiar to Strunk so not sure if that will come into play.

Dodds was Schneider's right hand man back when Seattle built their SB era teams.  I sure don't blame him for Ballard and Irsay.

I don't blame him but his stint with the Colts certainly colors my perception, just as Cunninham's time with the Bears does to a certain degree - though I really like some of the things Cunningham has said about the importance of building up both lines.

Why did Cunningham's team select Williams over the other rookie QBs and why does he think they had more success than Williams?

Overall both of those teams have drafted better than the Titans have in recent years.
