Initial Zoom get to know you interview with some basic Q&A. 2nd round in person and more in-depth/follow up questions. I would say my least favorite is Dodds, but I do like his pressers and his background……probably not fair to blame him for Ballard’s mess. Can’t help but feel Borgonzi and JES are the front runners. Either would be an excellent hire. But I keep coming back to Cunningham. He was my guy last time.
