@Justafan we can disagree on ST. its like arguing whether something sucks hardcore or sucks a little less than hardcore. my point was that a really bad unit got better as the season went along after some changes to the roster however it was more than that, Stonehouse also got better. Is that enough to save a rookie position coach his job? No clue.

Certainly not the first time. And I get where everyone is coming from on keeping him around. Everyone is frustrated and everyone is opinionated, which leads to this stuff.

Hopefully, they turn it around, and Anderson grows into the role. Hopefully @scine09 is right that it was mostly personnel issues causing all the dysfunction.

Hats off to oldschool for taking the L.    If I’m wrong about something I will as well

Vrabel inherited a good team that was bolstered by Derrick Henry, Kevin Byard, and later Ryan Tannehill, all playing in their primes, and then AJ Brown, Corey Davis, and Jonnu Smith - all behind a ver

Vrabel to the Pats is torture for a Titans fan living in New England. Just brutal.

Tell me about it.  I am going to root hard for it to fail but we both know how it’s gonna go.

On another subject there’s actually more Titans fans in NE than you’d think.  Sometimes when I wear my Titans hat out I get a Titan up comment which is very surprising.  I was driving around recently and went by someone’s house who had a Titans flag in front of their house.

I have no idea how it’s going to go I just wouldn’t fire the guy based on the improvements and the fact that he’s a first time coordinator who had his struggles just like they all did.

Vrabel forced his way out

And in NE failing is not winning the SB

He basically has to have a stacked team with the qb playing at a high level to win consistently.

It’s just really hard given the style he plays (hold the ball on offense AND defense) to win unless you have players.  And he likes to self sabotage by going ultra conservative in the first half.
