No it's not. One playoff run 5 years ago doesn't mean you are a success. Barely above .500 in the regular season, 2 home playoff losses as heavy favorites and 0-3 outside of the run in 2019. I also think he mailed it in the second half of last year. Not that it’s an excuse, he should never have done that. He wanted to go and essentially caused his own firing. That’s what the outside doesn’t seem to get. They rip on the Titans for firing Vrabel when they had absolutely no choice. I'm equating saying he underachieved even from 2019-2021 to saying he sucked the whole time. Maybe that's a bad interpretation ... but it's what I was getting at.
