I think Daniels and Ward are both comparable as passers, which is why I have no doubts that Ward should be the pick.

I don't at all. Jayden is a quick processor and accurate passer and he can still go off script. Cam is more of a go off script guy than to actually have a script.

And fuck ESPN and the NFLN you pricks can't go to a commercial before the #1 pick.

Let us old-school football guys take a moment appreciate to the fact that the Titans earned the #1 overall pick the old-fashioned way.   Not by tanking or by trading up, but by simply being

I'd hate Hunter. The Titans best position is likely CB and you don't take a WR that high. If the Titans traded down to 3 and Carter went 2 I'd rather trade down again and maybe go for someone like Mem

Ward has no problems processing and can read a D. And he is good managing the pocket. He has some accuracy issues that I think are largely mechanics but that can be cleaned up.

He does throw too many heroball INTs, but again I think that can be coached out of him the way Callahan got Levis to cut out the heroball shit that he was doing early in the season.

There's no way the Titans are trading the #1 pick for Stafford or even #35.....and the only reason he'd want to be traded is that he wants a new top of market deal.....

As for Ward, he's not the prospect Daniels was/is.  Far more comparable to Caleb Williams in my mind and even then Williams is the better prospect.

Ward is more pro-ready and has a higher floor than Williams.  His college play didn't translate to a pro-style passing game and required a huge adjustment.  Ward isn't as reliant on improvising.

From the film I've seen on Ward. a lot of his stuff is out of structure.  In structure is where his accuracy issues pop up.

Caleb Williams was way better making plays when out of the pocket than in it. That’s not Ward’s game.

Just not convinced. Go back just a few years and see how many of these QB draftees have faired. Hell, we drafted a fair number of them and are still looking. I understand other positions can also bust but I rather draft other positions of critical need

Nope. Just not convinced Ward is it. And after Locker, Mariota, levis,  or many others around the league, i prefer other options. Are you convinced ward is better than Levis?

Anyone who has watched them play can easily tell that Ward is superior to Levis.

I posted video to 6 different Miami games last year with all of Ward’s passes. Even his worst game was better than what Levis did in college.
