YES, HE WILL WIN THE SUPERBOWL because he's the best head coach in the league. Lets go Vrabes!! They are scared of success. That's why they wanted to fire Mike Vrabel - unanimously voted as the best coach in the league in 2021 - and hire Callahan, who didn't and hasn't done shit. croatian22, oldschool, and TF_Titan 1 1

A much higher but still achivable bar. Only 5 qbs have done it and all topped 4k yards. Luck 4374 Herbert 4336 Stroud 4108 Newton 4051 Winston 4042 Edit: If he did mean the rookie passing record then 2819 should be considered almost a lock unless he gets hurt. Its only 165 yards a game for a full season. Edited September 4, 2025 by Callidus Number9, and titanruss

I just looked at the passing yards per game last year and 29 qbs would have topped moon's rookie numbers if they played all 17 games at thier 2024 pace. Setting the titans rookie record as sad as it is should be considered the floor lol Edited September 4, 2025 by Callidus Pragidealist, and titanruss 1
Jamalisms
If he doesn't hit the rookie number (Titans era) then he better have died on the field before week 12. I meant all Titans-era QBs. Callidus, titanruss, Pragidealist, and 1 other
Pragidealist
I don't know if you guys have a higher bar for the rookie or are just more excited than me. lol I love the optimism but he's not a bust if he doesn't beat the Titans rookie record. We've got one guaranteed good WR and an offensive line that was abysmal last year. I have high hopes that the line will be much much better and guys like Ayomanor, Dike and Helm will come along fast- but am perfectly ready for the opposite. Oline that struggles, WR's who hit rookie walls and a rookie qb coached to not lose us games like Levis did. Most already know I was team trade back till it was obvious and while I like ward more than any qb we have drafted since mcnair that isn't the highest bar in the world. That said I think it has more to do with the evolution of the game and us to a more pass centric team along with an extra game than anything. 28 attempts per game with 60% completions and 6ypa/10ypc for 168ypg would put him over the rookie record. 28 attempts would be dead center at 16th 60% completions would be below the top 32 qbs 10ypc would be tied for 30th 6ypa would be tied for last. 168ypg would also be outside the top 32. Edit: i used profootball reference for the numbers. So even with that terrible seeming stat line he would still top mariotas rookie yardage totals if he played all 17 games. I think you are underestimating what even an average rookie passer does now. 3 rookie QBs passed Moons rookie mark easily last season. 1 guy did it in 2023 but 4 projected to 3300+ in they started the whole season instead of like half. Its super common and should be easy. These arent all guys hitting this mark with great surrounding rosters. Just look at Moons rookie year as well.. 56% completion. 7.3ypa 450 att. Thats nothing. We as a team threw for near 3300 last year. OILERMAN
