Doesn't need to be considered at all. It's not relevant at this point. All that matters if they think he can turn it around. If not, get what you can from him and move on.

That's why we have to figure out whether or not he can play in a qb/WR friendly system.  That and outside of the top 3 there aren't any other WR that can play outside.  2024 is probably his last chance here to prove that he is worthy of a roster spot.

 

He's flashed ability at times.  But I'd definitely still look into WR cuts just to improve the talent level there.
