We just didn't have the talent last year to be good anywhere on offense.  The PA and the Run work together.  This is just examining the body like the coroner looking for clues to the death.

We spent ourselves to death.  We signed the big two, Tannehill and Henry.  We made big splash plays that were all almost no good.  Clowney.  The Preacher.  Julio.  We over-drafted players then didn't develop the over-drafted players.  That's probably the worse part of it.  You take a CB round one, he should develop into a top 2nd round talent.  We draft an UDFA in the first round.  Give him 8M and then we can't gets $800,000 worth of play from him.

Mistakes.

Vrabel got screwed by JRob.  I still think AAS made a mistake but I see the redirect now and honestly I think Levis has a chance to be a lot better than I thought initially.  Cally squared really is the right choice for him.  But Vrabel picked the right QB in my view. I think Levis is going to be better than Stroud.

Big statement but I have a feeling this kid is gonna be special.   His work ethic and passion is amazing.

I couldn't imagine another season of Vrabel running back the same BS approach until something broke our way.

Not a popular take but IMO player development is now squarely on the how much work the individual players do outside of the team facility. These days, NFL team simply don't have the practice time to work on players skills enough to considerably improve functional skills. The little individual periods during practice IMO just aren't enough. That's why it's good to see guys like Levis putting in so much work on his own. It's tough to either give or with-hold credit regarding coaches developing players. A player developing under a certain coach is not the same as that coach developing that player.
