This is a ridiculous pattern. No one's been worse at picking and developing QB. Seriously, look at the history. Even the Titans with their many misses have had a couple wins. rns90, and Callidus

If they are going to draft Williams, they should have fired everyone and hired a coach dedicated to his development. I mean they drafted Trubisky with Fox and then fired him. Then brought in Nagy who had no allegiance to Mitch and wanted Foles. Ruined Mitch. Then drafted Fields with Nagy as a lame duck and brought in another coach with no allegiance to Fields. This is a crazy cycle and they are in line to do it again. I know @Bongo59 doesn’t like what the Titans are doing with management but you have to establish order to win. If he thinks he will get more on the market than the Vikings are willing to offer, he’s gone. There’s no reason for him to give them a hometown discount. How many teams would want to sign him anyway? I got PIT , DEN, MIA, TB. MIA is a stealth team looking for a qb. I took out some of the teams clearly looking for young QB's (ATL, LV).

Steelers are reportedly out on Fields/Cousins and the Dolphins are in active extension talks with Tua. According to Russini the Falcons are one of the teams big into Cousins which doesn't line up with the info that Jeremiah got speaking to actual candidates who interviewed with the Falcons being told by Arthur Blank he wants a young QB, unless the Falcons plan is to sign Cousins and draft a developmental QB as well.
