thanks that was an interesting read.  Who the hell was the original environmental contractor?  The state of the water and hvac sounds terrible.

couldn't tell you off the top of my head, but that information is probably somewhere in that report.
I was a bit surprised by how much is wrong with the facility, especially with the heavy industrial equipment. one thing's for sure, maintenance doesn't seem to have been a priority for several years

It’s shocking that the water fountains are running with rust only 25 years after construction.  I don’t know anything about commercial construction but that certainly seems built to be disposable.

directly east next to the other one in the stadium parking lot A/B closer to the interstate. Not north/south on the river. So the walk from the pedestrian bridge is essentially the same.
