It was built on the cheap and it's really showing. In addition there are major structural issues as they used too much concrete and not enough steel to reduce costs. Yes, he's throwing bombs left and right. He incorrectly claimed that the deal on Hickory Hollow mall was dead when in fact Vanderbilt is about to finalize its part of it.
