That's what I'm saying. People keep talking the "growth of Nashville." It's not the growth of Nashville, it's the growth of everything/everyone imported into Nashville. Nashville has been transplanted out in favor of everything non-Nashville. The people who actually built the city are gone, replaced by ass sucking imports.

And before anyone complains about my complaining, if you're not originally from here you can shut the fuck up. And if you are from here, but you're from Belle Meade, Brentwood, or any of the other overly-afluent areas you can shut the fuck up too.

Fucking NYC/LA wanna be mfers. Fuck your inferiority complex ruining and overcrowding everything. That I65-I40 interchange has always been a pain in the ass, but your drive to turn Nashville into Mini York has made it 20x worse.

/RANT

✌️ out, bitches.

Having grown up in South Florida Iv heard this rant alot, it's been going on down there for 50 years though so I guess its a bit different.

Burke Nihill mentioned today they had already sold 70% of the seats at the new stadium which is a record rate in the first year of sales for any of these recent new NFL stadium builds.

Im suprised las vegas didnt beat that.

Listening to Nihill it sounded like the surprisingly high retention rate of existing PSL holders was a big driver in the speedy rate of sales for the new building.

Hopefully they actually keep their damn tickets this time. I was just thinking all the casinos and other corpo douches in LV would have snatched the tickets up in no time. The fact average ticket prices for their games went nuts for that reason made me assume it happened with the PSLs

Have mostly for 28 years but plan to take advantage of Nashville being a destination for other fans.  Plan to make back the PSL money and then some.

Let me know when you are coming to Nashville and I’ll hook you up.

Same. I'm going to the stadium opener and then selling the tickets till I recoup the price of the PSLs.

Not new stadium related exactly but I did find this kinda interesting.

Its the ticket sales and income from those tickets for every team last year as well as some other related info. We came in last in revenue but sold more tickets than 9 teams which is somewhat surprising.
