Jake's accusation here is so insanely, pants shittingly stupid, that it's hard to wrap your head around.    Namely that billionaire Jeff Bezos typed up some fake emails about the Enquirer pe

This story is absolutely fascinating and surreal. There are so many threads to this that are going to get untangled.   I noticed Jake has shut up now, but sometimes I am still amazed at his

Yes, having a president openly go to the postmaster and try to injure a business over a political grievance so as to manipulate or control that businness’ behavior is the definition of fascism.

AMI has a no prosecute agreement with the Special Counsel, and yet they are willing to risk everything to dive back into this circus, and commit an obvious crime, IN WRITING, against the richest man in the world. I would say this is profound arrogance, but it's beyond that. It is total suicide to anyone with half a brain.

Pecker is probably not a stupid man. So you have to ask yourself, why would someone who stands to lose everything by doing something where there is a very big chance he will get exposed for doing it, willing to take such a crazy chance?

Narrator: He did not, in fact, know what it is.

It’s like he thinks there aren’t ways to get documents or out of court statements into court. Also, not ever out of court statement qualifies as hearsay. Being out of court is only part of the analysis.

Bezos had a top security firm investigating how AMI got his texts and photos.  This is what AMI wanted stopped.....Bezos investigation.

It's important to keep in focus what AMI wanted.

AMI fucked with the wrong billionaire. Peter Thiel brought down Gawker — which I didn’t agree with his tactics of funding a lawsuit — and Bezos May bring down AMI. Bezos wants to know how AMI got his texts — a very logical question — and AMI got mad he was trying to figure out how. That’s the meat and potatoes of this issue.
