None of these odds make him a favorite. It likely puts him in the middle of the pack. "Among bet favorites," means he's among other candidates for the job. Which, of course he is. Question is who's ahead of him. And of course this post fails to point that out. Lol so true. Lafleur has 2nd best odds to become Packers HC behind Mcdaniels. He’s bottom of the pack for Cardinals and middle of pack for Jets. big2033
rns90
The Cards job is the worst opening. He'd have to think twice before taking that one. Mythos27

That said, I'd like to hold on to Matt. He did a good job this year IMO. Agree. I think LaFleur was much better then the fan base thinks. It was ugly early on & quite frankly I don't think Vrabel helped. For some reason I think there was friction early on, and interference. Just reading thru comments. But it seemed like Vrabel backed off & things improved greatly. LaFleur got more comfortable & the last 6 weeks we saw the system we expected....a lot of heavy outside zone, setting up play action boots & downfield looks. Extensive screen game & a lot of the West Coast concepts. I love this system & it was fun seeing it develop late year. I just wish Marcus didn't have the friggin nerve issue, I would've loved to have seen the late season offense with him at a 100%. NashvilleNinja
It'll be disappointing if the floor moves on but we'll deal with it. Maybe we'll wind up with flip after all.
kyle021
I would be having a close eye on Kliff Kingsbury if Lafleur leaves and Klingsbury buys out of his contract at USC as their OC I would watch and keep tabs. He would be a good OC in the NFL he is reportedly interested in OC jobs in NFL in wake of USC blocking him from HC opportunities

OILERMAN
I heard Mike Keith say the other day that LaFleur's interview with the Titans was super impressive. He had a very solid overall plan as the HC and made the Titans really think about it. People around the league know what kept the Titans offense down, it wasn't the play caller, it was Mariota.
