At the very least some of our suspects (NPF/Radunz?Duncan) should be getting coaching/development along with getting put in the right spots to succeed.  I'm pretty sure neither of these 3 guys are LT which they played to awful results.

Radunz could prosper into a decent RT or RG under Callahan. Last year they bounced him around. He wasn't bad last couple of games at RT.

Bowen isn’t a bad DC, so if BC can’t hire someone better then it’s a reasonable option to just keep him.

But if they can get an up and comer like Dennard Wilson, absolutely kick him to the curb for a new guy.

With MacDonald going to the Seahawks, bet Wilson is promoted to DC

I know this doesn't take into account liquidity but if with a net worth of 1.6b you can't scrounge up the cash for a top tier coaching staff that's a joke. Head coach like 5-15, OC DC, 2-5, position coaches 1-2 each? Idk actual costs I'm just guessing here but that is still only 35-40mil on the high end of those estimates.

I get the other guy could just blow the doors off your offers but still.

If I am way off on this my bad.

true, but we seem to have the lowest coaching budgets, why is that, perhaps cash flow?

The Panthers could be a very real threat if Tepper sets his sights on Callahan there is no reason why their HC/OC combo could not also be Callahan/Brown.

Ultimately it wouldn't be surprising if Ben Johnson is destined for the Commanders that it comes down to Brian Callahan vs Dave Canales for the Panthers HC job they will be locked in on someone who can fix Bryce Young.

$16 billion owner vs AAS at $1.6 billion, but at least AAS keeps her head coaches for longer.
