Their defense scares me more than their offense. I get the distinct feeling the Texans will be the main competition for the division.
Their 2 good pass rushers against our 0 starting tackles. The draft awaits, however.

If Carthon follows up last year's first round pick of an offensive guard with a high second round pick of an inside line backer this year...
Don't think it will happen.

Right. Not only are difference-making/elite WRs available every single year, you're almost always in position to draft one regardless of your draft position. There is no comparison between LT and WR as it relates to scarcity.
There may well be more than one difference maker WR available at 38 or even a bit later if they trade back.

I'm curious to see what the plan is for safety and why it hasn't been addressed.
Pass rusher as well, Arden Key as Calli said, is a situational rusher.

LA would move out of Alt land, I like it. Arizona moves down 1 pick, but Min will go QB so it doesn't matter to them. Chances they get MH JR are the same.

Wait until after the draft, might be 1 or 2 QB needy teams that whiff or get a guy who's not ready to start immediately.

I know we can't see what's going on inside with the discussions, but I'm sorta thinking it could be the Titans injury clause, or 'out' that might be holding Sneed and his agent up, in case his knee goes kaput in the next year or two. They could be haggling back n forth over that shit?
I'm thinking he will eventually cave and take the money, no inside knowledge just a gut feel.

He isn’t fast enough for that offense.

The draft is a crap shoot, Joe Alt isn't 100% assured success but the odds are better than slot #38.
Of course we have been conditioned last 2 years, the odds of #38 being better than Dailey or Dillard are pretty good.

Roos did. If you draft a LT high in the 2nd round, he's starting.
Pick #38 you get a starting LT, pick #53 we got Dillon Radunz.

This whole rookie QBS need to sit argument is predicated on a small sample size of Rodgers and Love. We have no idea if either would have been good right away like Stroud or others. Its a false premise as it can never be proven Rodgers and Love would have faltered had they started right away. Its lazy analysis but thats all we get from sports media these days.
I would throw Mahomes and McNair in in there as well

I guess he wasn't the right type for a tv commentator. I was hoping he would join Bill Cower and they could talk smash mouth football every week.

The next wave plus cuts after the draft represent dumpster diving. The only thing I wish is that we had more draft capital to get another corner and pass rusher, but otherwise , there will be plenty of players that want jobs for 1 season
George Fant at RT?

She is currently paying two general managers and two head coaches. She has plenty of money. She'd never have fired a general manager and coach knowing she'd have to pay them and their replacements if there was a cash flow issue.
Reasonable long term cash flow, and hopefully she had everything liquid before free agency started. Just feels like the brakes have been pumped after Ridley. Could be wrong, today is another day. Maybe the quota of expensive players is about done.
