Vrabel is a boring dude taking advantage.  In this situation, I respect Diana Russini more.  She was hustling for a story and unfortunately became one.

where Vrabel went wrong and should be held accountable, other than the cheating, was using a media relationship with a respected reporter to manipulate other media ... and therefore fans and players and managers  - creating public sentiment out of falsehood- and using that to tamper with other teams players as well as the plans for success of his own team.

Russini is not a victim at all. She said a lot of bad things about her husband on national TV and used her charm to advance herself professionally. She also became a mouthpiece for Vrabel in ways that are very much unethical.

Where I think Vrabel deserves one heck of a lot of criticism if he's out here screwing female reporters is the power dynamics aspect and in the fact that he presents himself as a champion of female reporters. He may not be breaking a code of ethics that undermines the trust inherent in the entire field of work for everyone but I'd say his behavior is way more two-faced than Dianna's.

She definitely isn't a victim, but his point is that she hustling while Vrabel is a made man.
