The NFC Championship Game had the two best teams in the NFL.

Love it. This game wasnt nearly as close as the score. The Pats were embarrassed. Fuck them and fuck the Vrabel stans.

I can't help but think as the SB winds down   Trump is a pedofile

This was more about the AFC as a whole than just a mediocre Pats team lucking into the SB.

The two best AFC teams were the Bills and Broncos and the Broncos beat the Bills while losing their starting QB. Even those two teams were pretty flawed. The Bills defense was terrible and the Broncos were streaky. The Rams and Seahawks were way better than anything from the AFC.

KC and the Ravens had injuries and a down year, Burrow has a surrounding mess. The Bills need a better team around Allen.

Had the Texans or Broncos made the SB they would have been easily beaten as well.

I'm not agreeing with Jamal's point. Only noting that those stung worse for me.

Those loses carry extra weight because many believe those were the two best Titans teams with a shot of winning the superbowl. Im one of them but the AFCCG losses are worse imo.

I said for years during Vrabel’s time that it was like the opposing defense knew what was coming before we snapped the ball. This makes so much sense

Well when Vrabel was with the Titans you knew what was coming because if he passed on first down a run was almost guaranteed the next play.

McDaniel also had a poor game plan. I suspect Vrabel told him to be super conservative because of the LT and LG issues plus Maye being so young. Vrabel tried to replicate the game plan against the Broncos which was dumb. You don't beat the Seahawks playing that way.

The Ravens playoff loss in 2000 is the most disappointed I've ever been after a loss. Losing that game felt exactly like losing the Super Bowl. I'm 100% convinced they coast to a championship if they win that game.

Looked like the AFC of old this year.

If the Titans play their cards right they could be in the thick of things pretty quickly. The Redskins went from 4-13 in 2023 to a conference championship and the Patriots went from 4-13 last year to the Super Bowl.

I'd argue that we most likely have a superior QB to either of those teams with a HC that will breath competitive fire into them and an OC who could help Cam unlock his potential. Add the right pieces and we will be a problem for people next year.
