They gave me two modems-opposite ends of my home. I called Amazon and their agent said I need another modem in the middle of my tent. I bought another to put in the middle of my home and I haven't had any buffering problems since. Any big TV event would cause it. It cost less than $100. My son and I had a lot of fun. We went to the NFL Experience-Kid friendly. The cheap-ass hotel we stayed in was where some of the Colts stayed. It was big fun for an eleven year old.
