That's pure speculation and I don't believe it. The officer in the gray who took the pistol does not have his hands around the trigger and the officer who discharged drew his weapon before the officer disarmed him.

For reference

I hadn't actually watched the "pink coat lady" video until just now.   The victim never drew a  weapon.   At no time did he make any sort of aggressive move toward any federal agent.   The v

They just go along with whatever Trump says. If he told them to eat shit they would and ask for more.

WATCH THE FUCKING VIDEO YOU DIPSHIT!!

Interesting analysis from someone else.

There are WILDLY different narratives emerging from the SAME videos. Remember the 24-hour rule. The truth will emerge over time.

1. Conservative influencers say you can see a gun drop from Pretti’s hands right after he was shot (see screenshots. I’m sorry for the graphic nature.)

2. Liberal influencers and CNN say a man (likely a federal agent) in a gray jacket took Pretti’s gun and walked away with it before the first shot, which happened a second later.

CNN says you can hear agents shout, “he’s got a gun.”

It is possible that:

3. The item that dropped was instead a magazine or gear from another agent or something else.

It is also possible that:

4. The agent who fired didn’t see the gray jacket guy take the gun but heard “he’s got a gun,” saw the grappling or the other item, and fired because he reasonably believed agents’ lives were in danger and that it WAS a gun. He doesn’t have to be right under the law, just reasonable.

There was an infamous case in Milwaukee years ago where an officer mistakenly thought a black cassette tape was a gun. Ruled justified.

Fog of war.

Saying it once again. The agent did not have the benefit of endlessly freeze framing every angle.

This happened in a second.

Also: Pretti shouldn’t have been struggling with agents.

Let it play out. The truth will become self evident over time. But it’s messy and ugly. And I am sad he died.

When did he pull his gun? There are plenty of angles. Show me. Should be easy.

Show the other angle.

Walz stating that ICE "are not law enforcement" is the exact stupid rhetoric by your leaders that signal the dumb fucking sheep to interfere with ICE doing their job.

Feed the sheep FALSE INFORMATION and their low IQ will follow blindly, do stupid things and then fuel the faux outrage.

It's his cognative dissonance. His mind finds this uncomfortable and he's seeking out any information that alleviates that. So any mild explaination that alleviates it, he latches onto. And then doesn't look into it further.

Standard response....dehumanize the victim, ask for more time and info and hope people forget or the news cycle changes.

These excuses arre how these atrocities keep happening.

If you can't defend it this is the next best thing

It’s why you don’t argue with fascists. There’s zero point.

Again..,the videos show an American citizen who was simply standing in the street filming and who raised his arms in a surrender gesture before being tackled and forced to the ground by federal agents, one of whom put a bullet in his head.

But rather than questioning or criticizing the federal agents’ actions…,our so-called conservative/ libertarian Americans are now desperately trying to make up excuses…not just for the federal agents, but also for the appalling and reprehensible response to the incident by the President and his entire administration.

Comparing this incident to Kyle Rittenhouse is truly laughable.

buTT Da bOtH hAd gunZ

I'm not comparing the situations, as one person was acting completely legally and logically and the other was a little pissant looking to shoot people.

I'm comparing the reaction of you idiots who are saying not to be armed at a protest making that little crying bitch a hero while saying this guy was doing something wrong by being legally armed.
