No idea where this nugget fits so thought it might worth starting a thread for all Titans non HC offseason discussion.   This was meant to happen last offseason but Sweat never showed up so

Who will we draft? The answer has been there the whole time.

That’s a lot of hooch

They really need two types of WR: another big play deep threat and a reliable move the chains guy that can get them 10+ yards on 3rd and 9 (an outside X).  It’s just a group that needs more .

I wouldn’t be surprised though if they went LOS players with two out of the first three picks though based on drafting history

Tate and lance. Couldn't help myself.

Robinson is going to be the chain mover.

Not necessarily. He averaged 2.5 catches per first down. He was used more to keep the offense on schedule than move the chains.

He was first by a wide margin when healthy though.

In 5 of his 7 games last year he had 30 yards or less.

That's what he'll be here because we don't have anyone else that's a possession guy besides Helm.

I know. I wanted to cut his ass. I'm just saying when he played he was still heavily targeted.

I’m not sure that’s a good thing given that he had a sub 50 catch rate .

Ideally you’d like him to be 3rd or 4th in terms of team targets

He's not going to be the #1 WR

I’m not sure they will have a real #1 WR but if it’s between Ridley, WanDale, and all the other guys they have returning and I have to pick one then I’d still pick Ridley as the #1.

In terms of targets I’m guessing Robinson #1,  drafted rookie WR #2, and I guess you can probably make a case for anyone else 3 and below.

Ridley is also an injury risk .  I can’t confidently say he’ll be #1 in terms of targets.
