He said there's no way a QB on throwing shoulder could opt out of surgery for Grade 3. Said he also doesn't believe they had the required equipment to properly diagnose at the facility. I'm sure Cam will get a 2nd opinion before making a decision. If I'm him, I'm going right to Andrews.
